After a morning of exploration, at 1:00 PM, you'll return to Arcano to enjoy an exclusive menu designed for the tour:
Chef's Appetizer: A delightful welcome.
Cold Starter: Choose between tender shoots with confit duck or tuna tartare with pistachios.
Hot Starter: Baby roasted potatoes or slow-cooked egg.
Main Course: Grilled salmon with a touch of soy, grilled tuna loin, Iberian pork, or Argentine Angus sirloin.
Dessert: Cheesecake cannoli or chocolate truffles.
Drinks: Mineral water, a glass of wine (selected by the sommelier), coffee, and a glass of cava for a toast.
